Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from NaturoLyfe (“NaturoLyfe” or “we”), you (“you” or “Buyer”) expressly agree to the following terms as a condition of your purchase. If you do not or cannot agree to this Agreement, you cannot purchase items from NaturoLyfe.

We reserve the right to change this Agreement at any time, at our sole discretion. If we make any changes, we will notify you by posting the changes here and by emailing you at the email address provided by you. You are responsible for reviewing any changes to the Agreement. Your continued subscription to purchase products and/or any additional purchases you make after posting of changes to the Agreement is your acceptance to the modified Agreement. The Agreement was last modified on March 7, 2019.

Shipping and Processing Times

Products are shipped either the same or next business day, depending upon the time of the order. Your receipt of shipment will depend upon your exact location and the speed of shipment you choose, ranging from a few days to a week.

NaturoLyfe offers free regular shipping when Buyer purchases four or more products in one shipment. Priority or express shipping is at the additional cost of the Buyer. At this time, NaturoLyfe only offers shipping throughout the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) and into Canada.

All items ship from Canada. Buyer is responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply to orders shipped into the United States. Please be aware that NaturoLyfe is not responsible for any delays due to custom processing times.

Payment Options

Buyers may pay via PayPal, Google Checkout, or Visa/MasterCard/American Express via Shopify shopping cart. Products are listed in USD.

If you have opted for a monthly subscription plan, you agree that NaturoLyfe is expressly authorized to automatically charge your credit card for the subscription plan amount on the monthly payment date.

If any payment is late, charged-back, or declined, products (including subscriptions) will no longer be provided until the late payment is rectified, and any such late payments will be assessed a flat late payment charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum provided by law, whichever is less. NaturoLyfe will have the right to recover expenses including collection costs and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in the collection of bounced payments, charge-backs, or overdue payments.

Subscription Changes or Cancellations

To make changes to your subscription, you must create an account at https://store.naturolyfe.com/account/login using the same email you used when making your purchase. Upon logging in, you may make the following adjustments to your subscription:

  • Change quantities
  • Change shipping frequency
  • Pause or cancel subscription
  • Add more products to subscription
  • Update your billing information or shipping address

Changes to your subscription must be made 3 days before your subscription renews so they can take effect before automatic processing and shipment. If you have any problems with your subscription, please contact us at support@naturolyfe.com

Returns and Refunds

Should you for any reason feel unsatisfied with a NaturoLyfe product, you may receive a full refund minus shipping/handling fees by returning the product to us within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the Buyer.

To receive a refund, Buyer must contact our support team at support@naturolyfe.com before returning any product and follow the instructions provided by our team. This process ensures you have the correct address to return the product to as well as recognizing who should receive the refund. Refunds will be provided via the method you paid (for example, if you paid via credit card, your payment will be refunded on the same credit card).

Bulk/Pack Discounts

NaturoLyfe offers a bulk discount of 10% on the “NaturoLyfe Digestive Health Pack”—a pack of all ten NaturoLyfe products in one convenient shipment. To receive the bulk discount on this Pack, contact: support@naturolyfe.com

Product Ingredients and Warranties

The products labeled “Certified Gluten-Free” have been tested and certified by Excell Analytical Lab, a Canadian-based food-safety analytical testing laboratory. NaturoLyfe warrants that the products labeled Certified Gluten-Free are gluten-free.

Products labeled “vegan” and “cruelty-free” have not been independently certified; they simply do not contain any animal ingredients.

Products labeled “organic” contain a majority of ingredients that are either certified organic or organic without formal certification.

To the extent allowed by law, except as expressly stated above, NaturoLyfe does not make any warranty regarding NaturoLyfe.com or the products sold via this website, including, but not limited to, the content, the information, or any services or products provided through or in connection with NaturoLyfe.

Except for the “Certified Gluten-Free” warranty described above, the products sold on NaturoLyfe are sold “as-is” without any warranty of any nature, express or implied. NaturoLyfe expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including, without limitation: (A) warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement and (B) warranties that the products sold will be free of any allergens or sensitivities.

If you have allergies or sensitivities, please review all ingredients to determine if the products are a good fit for you.

In no event will NaturoLyfe, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, owners, shareholders, officers, employees, agents, or contractors be liable to user for any damages or losses, including without limitation indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages resulting from or caused by NaturoLyfe, the content, the information, or any errors or omissions in NaturoLyfe, or for any products or services sold via NaturoLyfe, even if NaturoLyfe is advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow for some of the limitations or exclusions as set forth herein. You may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Buyer understands that NaturoLyfe is not providing medical advice, mental health advice, or therapy. Legal Terms

Choice of Law and Arbitration. This Agreement will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Canada. It is expressly agreed by the parties that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach thereof shall be settled by consumer arbitration administered by the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, in accordance with its rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. In any arbitration arising out of or related to this Agreement, the arbitrator(s) shall award to the prevailing party, if any, the costs and attorneys’ fees reasonably incurred by the prevailing party in connection with the arbitration.

Waiver. None of these Terms can be waived or modified except by an express agreement in writing by NaturoLyfe.

Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Buyer and NaturoLyfe and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements.

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remainder of this Agreement will not in any way be affected or impaired.

Force Majeure. Neither Party will liable hereunder for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is on account of causes beyond its control, including labor disputes, civil commotion, war, fires, floods, inclement weather, governmental regulations or controls, casualty, government authority, strikes, terrorism, hacker attacks, widespread internet outages, or acts of God, in which event the non-performing party will be excused from its obligations for the period of the delay and for a commercially reasonable time thereafter.

Intellectual Property. NaturoLyfe.com is the property of NaturoLyfe, and contains information, graphical elements, and data that are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You agree to abide by all copyright notices and trademark restrictions.

Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

This website complies with the terms of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. To report a claim of copyright infringement, please send a claim to our official agent at support@naturolyfe.com or 4794 Fernglen Drive, Burnaby, BC, V5G 3V7, Canada (1-206-899-4729) containing the following information:

  • Your contact information (name, mailing address, phone number).
  • A description of the copyrighted work that you believe was infringed.
  • A description of the content on this site that you believe is infringing your copyright. If possible, please include a web address/link.
  • A declaration that: you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted materials described was not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or the law; that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you declare, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or the allegedly infringed copyright or you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your digital or physical signature.
